For the last 33 years I have been a butcher, seeking to better myself in my art, and to discover the best cutting and cooking methods for each piece of meat. My goal is to respect the animal by using every part in the best way possible.
In my shop, where hospitality is sacred, you can buy beef, pork, and when in season, lamb.
In my restaurants, where you will dine “in convivio” together with other guests, you have the possibility to appreciate, I hope, the results of my search for quality.
The wine, olive oil, herbs and many other products come from my small estate located 3 kilometres from the butcher shop.
